Will you provide order forms for our school?

Yes, simply fill out the order form information in our request form and our art department will put a form together for you free of charge.

How do I get a quote?

Select the item and design you are interested in. Click the Get a Quote option below and fill out the information for your quote. Please note that quotes are estimated prices and are subject to change when the final order is placed due to possible details that may need to be changed at that time. What is the minimum order?

There is a minimum of 72 shirts per design. Reorders have a minimum of 24 shirts.

Can I submit my own design?

Yes you can! You can e-mail use a rough sketch or call us with an idea you have and we will be happy to help you create your unique design. You will receive a proof of your design within 7 days of your request via e-mail. You will be able to respond directly to your artist and make any adjustments you need. It is very important to carefully review all art proofs.

How do I know what my design will look like?

We will send a proof of your design via e-mail for any custom design prior to production of your order. It is critical that you review approve your proof in a timely fashion to prevent any errors or delays. Please note that our stock Field Day designs (FD15-01 through FD15-12) are not considered customized since they are “Name Drop” designs. The image will remain the same as you see it except for your school name. A proof is provided only upon special request but may delay your overall processing time.

Do you offer direct to garment (DTG) printing?

Although we continue to develop our printing methods, DTG is not available at this time.

Payment Options?

We accept all major credit cards which are processed through a secure server (SSL). Purchase orders from your school are the preferred method of payment. Checks can also be mailed, but be aware this method can delay your order.

What is your standard production time?

All orders are scheduled to ship within 7-10 business days after final art approval and payment verification. Rush service is available.

Can I mix shirt colors?

Certainly. Please keep in mind that each item must use the same design included for that order. An example would be if you ordered dark shirts with white ink, we would not change the ink color if you intended to include a white shirt in that order.

Can you add STAFF to the back of some of the shirts?

Yes. The option for STAFF to be included on that back of the shirt is a size option. Please review the sizes for the design/color you are choosing and you will be able to select the size of the shirt you want include STAFF. This will automatically be priced for you in your cart. STAFF adds $1 to the shirt.
